Fashion or a way of expression?
These days it is common to find people, normally young that like to pierce their bodies. It is one of the main forms of expression, and it is use by people who wants to impose a new wave and needs to differentiate and to acquire an own style of corporal communication. The piercing is placed in spaces of the body to suggestive provocation or just to have more sensitivity in the selected zone. Nevertheless it is possible to stand out that these incrustations obey to a factor called fashion that every time is but popular anywhere around the world.

In order to begin, the meaning of piercing is a gerund of the English verb that means to perforate or to drill. Its origin comes from the United States and Great Britain.
, and lapis lazuli and the lowest rank had to be satisfied with the use of materials like glass paste. The form of the pieces was inspired by divine characters, beliefs and symbols with magical forms. The usual perforation`s adornments were earrings placed in the lobe of the ear used in equal proportion by men and women. The earring had multiple hangers to generate movement and the fixed part of it, was screwed in the end of the earring. Each piece had to be used in ceremonies and rituals which allowed, in some of the cases to attract energies, or to reject possible demons.
